This is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to tuck my hair in and protect it from the harsh, dry winter air. This holds my hair however I tuck it in and stays all day long. It's not too tight and does not rip out my hair. I have chemical free type 4A hair and would recommend this product to other natural curlies.

When I received my combs all three were chipped and had snags. It looked like they were ripped after the manufacturing process.

I have used these for years and will continue to. They are comfy, pretty, subtle, and hold my hair all day without trouble. I do have rather thin hair though and those with thicker hair might find they dont hold... For me, works perfectly!
