Please remember that Ear Size does not relate to your age, sex, height, or weight. The Smaller Size has a 10% smaller opening for your ear (please see Sizing Specifications diagram in the Product Images above). If you are a person with petite features...smaller hands and feet, you might want to try our Smaller Size. In the case of a child, please note that you have to go on a case by case basis, because some children can use the Regular size.
