Three layers - soft and durable 95% cotton denim/5% spandex, 100 gram ThinsulateTM Insulation from 3M, and a DuPontTM Teflon® fabric protector infused anti-pill fleece inner lining - keep warmth in and the wind and cold air out. A patented flexible polypropylene frame adjusts to your ears and becomes more comfortable the more you wear them. A stylish alternative to traditional scarves and band ear muffs, Ear Mitts® provide warmth and comfort without interfering with your hairstyle! They also fit comfortably under helmets, caps, stocking hats, hard hats - any headgear! The design permits unrestricted hearing during use. Please remember that Ear Size does not relate to your age, sex, height, or weight. The Smaller Size has a 10% smaller opening for your ear (please see Sizing Specifications diagram in the Product Images above). If you are a person with petite features...smaller hands and feet, you might want to try our Smaller Size. In the case of a child, please note that you have to go on a case by case basis, because some children can use the Regular size.
